We cannot guarantee order modifications such as address changes, sizing changes, or color changes. Reach out to us ASAP if you have a modification request. As we fulfill items very quickly, we can make adjustments if your order has not yet been shipped.
Returns and exchanges can be requested by contacting us. Per our policy, returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges can be made only for size not color/style.
We offer same day shipping if orders are placed prior to 4pm EST Monday - Friday
Orders placed on Saturdays will be shipped same day if placed before 3pm EST
Orders placed Sundays will ship with Mondays orders.
We do not ship on holidays due to carrier closures.
Shipping via USPS takes 2-5 days to arrive to your door.
International orders are sent according to our shipping times stated above. Please allow up to 25 days in transit depending on where the final desination is.
We ship according to our shipping policy stated in "How long does shipping take?". If we fail to meet our shipping time (Which rarely occurs) your order will be shipped the next available window.
Orders may be delayed while in transit due to weather conditions, high volume during holiday seasons, incorrect address or failed delivery attempts. Please double check your address before placing an order.
If your order is getting returned to sender, please contact us.
An order gets returned to the sender most commonly because the provided delivery address is incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, meaning the package could not be delivered to the intended recipient;other reasons include the recipient refusing the package, the recipient being unavailable at the address, or the package being unclaimed at a delivery location after multiple attempts.
We are unfortunately not responsible for missing packages. Please contact the shipping carrier as it would no longer be in our hands.
Follow the care instructions on the satin tag inside your garment. For our Homebody Pants, wash inside out with like colors and tumble dry. Dry cleaning would be best.
We currently offer USPS Ground Advantage for all US orders. USPS is our carrier for international orders as well.
All Marieloulou orders ship from our warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas.
